We know so many individuals who no longer are healthy because they stopped being active. As we age, the ability to walk and stand becomes a challenge. Just because we age, doesn't mean we should eat what ever we want and sit in front of the television for hours on end.
So many people I know, would laugh when I discuss healthy eating and exercise. Now, unfortunately, many are suffering with chronic illness such as, diabetes, neuropathy, and heart issues.
I would rather spend my time working out instead of spending my tiime in and out of hospitals.
There is no excuse-Not to be fit for life! even if you don't like going to a public gym or you don't have the time to be away from your home, this video will show you how to have a small exercise set-up in a small area of your home or office.
You can add in some planks for your core and push-ups and start working out. You will begin to see progress and start feeling better.
Always remember, workout your legs at least twice a week, as they are the key to a stable and strong future.
